Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Scheme Manager at Home & Equity in Port Elizabeth. The Community Scheme Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the management of HOA and sectional title schemes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HOA and sectional title scheme management and related legislation.
• Excellent property management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of budgets and financial statements.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Must be available to attend after hours meetings.
• Own transport is essential.
