Keri Ferreira has an extensive background in banking and has been the Principal of Home and Equity since 2007.
Home and Equity has grown from strength to strength and now proudly offers of Residential Sales and Letting; Commercial Sales and Management and now, more recently Community Sales and Letting.

Andrew Mudie
Designation: Financial Manager
Andrew has relocated to South Africa from the UK with his South African-born wife and 2 children. Home & Equity was fortunate to acquire someone with his skills, qualification and experience.
Andrew is a qualified CIMA accountant with experience working for multinational companies across diverse industries including FMCG, Contract Catering and Healthcare. Before his relocation Andrew worked as a regional finance manager for a large FM concern and a particular highlight was being involved in the Queens Funeral and Kings Coronation.
We are very excited that he joined our dynamic team and contributing his skills and experience to help drive accuracy, success and building strong relationships with our clients for many years to come.

Charlene Jansen
Designation: Office & Community Scheme Manager
Charlene Jansen contributes to the team 13 years of successful experience in the property management industry, with a passion for community scheme management and client services.

Linda van Eyk
Designation: Bookkeeping
Linda van Eyk is the owner of Paper Trails, an Independent Contractor, who captures , analyses all accounting information on behalf of Home and Equity to ensure that all trust accounts, clients accounts and landlord accounts are independently captured and reconciled.
She is in integral part of the Home and Equity Group team and spends many days onsite to ensure complete accuracy.

Theresa Watkins
Designation: Admin Assistant
Theresa Watkins joined the Home & Equity team in 2018, contributing a vast range of accounts, management and administration experience. Theresa provides administrative support to the Community Scheme Management department, ensuring that the day-to-day management of the portfolio happens seamlessly, providing the bespoke and hands-on service Home & Equity is known for.

Geraldine Verwey

With more than 10 years accounting experience Geraldine Verwey contributes to the team a passion for bookkeeping and client services. Geraldine strives to provide accurate and exemplary service, taking care of community schemes’ day-to-day accounting needs.

Tracy Oosthuizen

Following a career in Deceased Estate Administration, Tracy Oosthuizen joined Home and Equity CSM in 2019 as a Portfolio Manager and prides herself on the customer service she provides to both the trustees and owners in the community schemes she manages.
